India’s cabinet has finally approved an immense solar power plan that will generate as much as 20GW as per year 2022. The project is named ‘Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission’. The project is highly supported by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). It will also position the country among the cream of the crop in solar energy.
